1. Open Source - We leverage open source software to create products, services, solutions and to manage Oso Healthcare Inc. operations whenever possible. We believe that Open Source Software (OSS) provides a high quality, low cost alternative to other commercialized software products and thus adds greater value to our customers looking to improve the quality of services to their clients. Furthermore, we will open source the core/base of any product we develop and, in most cases, the entire product suite as part of our philosophy to contribute to the open source community.

2. Patient Centric - The patient is always at the centre of any new products or services that we develop. Our solutions, service models and products align our customers with the patient's personal, family, cultural, lifestyle needs and preferences. We train our staff on the basis of these patient centric values and then build services and software to capture and inform our customers of the patient's preferences. We also strive to make our products and services maintain the highest standard of patient safety and privacy, while also giving the patient the flexibility to use self-care methodologies (personal health information access) built into our customer information systems.
