C. Changing Sub-Account User to Master Account User

There are times when organizations require multiple users to have Master Account Administrator privileges, e.g. Backup support, vacation relief, etc.). Oso Healthcare Customer Support Center Portal allows the MAA to convert Sub-Account user(s) to have the same administrator privilages as the primary MAA. The process also works for converting an existing MAA into a Sub-Account User.

1. MAA must login to the portal and click on the 'Manage Account' button. All existing admin (MAA) and user (Sub-Account) accounts will appear on the user list. The MAA should click the name of the user that will be converted to a secondary MAA.

2. Click 'Edit'

3. Click on the 'Portal User Type' dropdown box and change the status of the user to: admin (MAA) or User (Sub-Account user). Click the 'Save' button to apply changes.

4. Upon returning to the User List, the account that was modified will now have admin (MAA) access.

ALL DONE!!!!!!   Use the same procedure if you wish to convert a MAA to a Sub-Account User.
