Remote Support Login
To allow Oso Healthcare to login remotely to your PC to provide support, please follow the instructions below.
Please note that remote connection is secured using SSL and once session has ended, Oso Healthcare will not be able to access the PC until a new password code is generated by the user and provided to OsoCare representatives.
1. Download and Run Remote Client. Click here to download.
2. Under the Client tab, Click the "Start" button.
3. Copy the "Your ID" field to your clipboard (Do not close software window).
4. Email the "Your ID" number to OsoCare technical representatives support@osohealthcare.com
5. Accept request to allow remote control when prompted.
